With ASC bronze support option, you are in complete control of onsite service execution from installation to software upgrades and routine parts replacements. ASC customer support professionals will help you troubleshoot your problems, provide you with patches and updates, and deliver the parts you need, when you need them. Optional onsite support on a time-and-materials basis is available when you need it.
