Equipment troubleshooting and repair
We are experts at diagnosing and repairing autoclaves and ovens. With over 400 years of collective company-wide experience, there is practically nothing we haven't seen, so chances are we can fix it.
Trouble-shooting
If you’re having control or equipment issues with your existing autoclave or oven, ASC can provide a trouble-shooting expert to travel to your site and determine the root-cause of the problem. If the issue is easily fixable, then our technician will affect a repair immediately. We are experts at controls, electrical and power systems, and mechanical systems.
Autoclave repairs
ASC has been repairing autoclaves for more than 20 years. We are experts at diagnosing and repairing autoclaves manufactured by ASC, TEC, Taricco, American, Melco, Bondtech, United McGill, Scholz, Terruzzi, Aeroform, and others. Why pay a premium to have the original equipment manufacturer repair your autoclave. Contact ASC and we’ll provide a high-quality repair for a reasonable cost.
Calibration
ASC uses NIST-traceable standards to calibration CPC systems on our customer’s autoclaves and ovens.
CPC calibration
If you have a CPC system and need it calibrated and certified, contact ASC and we’ll setup a field calibration. Our service technician is trained on the intricacies of calibrating temperature, part thermocouples, vacuum transducers, pressure transducers, and more. We bring all of our own equipment and within hours you’ll be calibrated for the next cycle.

ASC has a full-time service staff that can provide scheduled, preventive maintenance on your autoclaves and ovens
Autoclave preventive maintenance
Contact ASC and we’ll setup a specialized PM service for your equipment. This is typically a bi-annual or annual visit that includes a detailed list of checks, adjustments, and tuning to keep your equipment in working order.
Design engineering
AASC has more than 30 design engineers in electrical, mechanical, controls, and software development. If you have a custom concept that you need engineered, we will have the resources available.
New machinery – concept to build
ASC can develop new machines from scratch. Just let us know what you want it to do, and ASC’s design engineers can make your idea a reality.
CFD Analysis
ASC has years of experience in CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) analysis to support our autoclave and oven design and manufacturing. We’ve recently made this experience available to our customers for tooling and equipment validation.
