Founder and CEO

Dave Mason

Dave founded ASC in 1988, after serving as engineering manager at Baron Autoclave (formerly Baron Blakeslee). A controls engineer by training from the University of Michigan, he wrote CPC, Flextime, and other in-house engineering packages, and developed the Econoclave® concept along with many of the equipment and control products ASC sells.

Today he divides his time between management, new product development, and making every department in the company better.

Since 1988, ASC has grown from a small aerospace service and controls company into a global manufacturer. The principles haven't changed: work safely, keep learning, help one another, and be proud of what you build.
