Pressure Vessel Fabrication and Repair Certifications

ASC is certified by ASME and the National Board of Pressure Vessel Inspectors to build and repair pressure vessels to ASME codes and standards. We hold a ASME Section VIII, Division 1 "U" stamp for new builds and National Board "R" stamp for pressure vessel alterations and repairs. Our qualified capabilities extend globally with our ISO 9001:2008, UL (United Laboratories) PED, China, and South Korea pressure vessel certifications and licenses.

ASME Pressure Vessel Code

ASC has a U-stamp, which certifies us to design and build pressure vessels to ASME code.
ASME Power Boilers

ASC has a S-stamp, which certified us to design and build power boilers to ASME code.
National Board Authorized

ASC is authorized to apply the NB mark to our pressure vessels and register our pressure vessels with the National Board.
National Board R-Stamp

ASC is authorized to alter or repair National Board registered ASME pressure vessels.
China Pressure Vessel Code

ASC is one of the few pressure vessel companies in the US certified to build pressure vessels for export to the Peoples Republic of China.
ISO 9001:2015

ASC's quality management system meets ISO 9001:2015 standards and is certified by SAI Global.
Ul Certified

ASC is UL Certified for Industrial Control Panel manufacturing.

Our experienced ASME pressure vessel engineers and fabricators have designed and built custom ASME pressure vessels used around the globe in many industries including medical waste sterilization systems, wood treatment systems, AAC concrete processing autoclaves, dewaxers for investment casting, nuclear sampling & transfer autoclaves to our the state-of-the-art composites autoclave systems the "Econoclave".

U.S. Manufacturing Capabilities

Our Headquarters in Valencia, California has well over 120,000 sq. ft. of factory space designed for ASME pressure vessel fabrication. We are capable of shipping vessels from this location up to 16 feet in diameter and over 100 feet in length.
