The ASC Econoclave has set the standard in autoclave cooling performance and efficiency. The Econoclave is fully equipped with stainless steel cooling coils in both the fan motor housing to keep the fan motor cool and running reliably. The Econoclave is also equipped with a main cooling coil that is built from high-quality fin tubed stainless steel to provide efficient cooling to the interior of the Econoclave. Our cooling coils are designed, engineered, and manufactured right here at the ASC Valencia California factory for better control of quality and workmanship.
We build performance and reliability into everything we manufacture.
While the Econoclave is equipped with the best performing autoclave cooling coil system on the market, systems manufactured our competitors do not always hold up to the task and need replacing or repair. ASC has an experienced engineers and service team on staff ready to redesign a high-quality stainless-steel cooling coil for your existing autoclave system and get it back online quickly at an affordable price.
Increase cooling rates: ASC strives to improve year after year and our cooling coils are engineered with state of the art 3D modeling and CAD to yield the highest performance possible. Through better design, you will see increased cooling performances, higher productivity, and savings annually.
Increase reliability: ASC coils are designed by experienced engineers and built at our factory by qualified experienced fabricators for maintainability, reliability, function, and performance.
Design retention: ASC operates a fully staffed quality and document control department that retains drawings and other documentation for quick access if needed in the future.
Like the cooling coils found in all the Econoclave systems, ASC designs, engineers, and manufactures our heat exchangers in our ASC Factory located in Valencia California for the highest quality and performance possible. Upgrading your exing autoclave with a new ASC heat exchanger has never been easier. Our experienced engineers can design a high-performance heat exchanger that will fit your exiting autoclave and service technicians will have your existing autoclave up and running quickly.
Increase heating rate: Like our cooling coils, our heat exchangers are designed and engineered to provide optimum performance and reliability.
Increase reliability: ASC heat exchangers are designed by experienced engineers and built at our factory by qualified experienced fabricators for maintainability, reliability, function, and performance.
Design retention: ASC operates a fully staffed quality and document control department that retains drawings and other documentation for quick access if needed in the future.
ASC can deliver many styles of autoclave pressurization systems.
ASC designs and builds a special system that can reduce overall compression costs by 30%. The CRS (Compression Reduction System) or NRS (Nitrogen Recovery System), is a proprietary multi-tank automated system that recycles autoclave pressurized media after a cycle. The system integrates with any autoclave control system and can result in tens of thousands of dollars of savings each year, depending on the duty-cycle of the autoclave.
The most conventional approach to providing nitrogen pressure to an autoclave is by means of a liquid-nitrogen tank delivering pressurized fluid to a nitrogen vaporizer.
ASC can design and assemble a system to meet your exact specifications. Just give us your autoclave size and pressurization requirements and we'll quote a system that meets your needs.
Tired of paying for liquid nitrogen? ASC can design and manufacture a nitrogen membrane system that can create and store all the nitrogen you need for your autoclave production. ASC can design and deliver the compressors, dryers, filters, membranes, and storage vessels.
ASC is asked by many customers to provide retrofits of existing autoclaves, including vacuum source systems, pumping systems, and other vacuum-related componentry.
ASC's vacuum source systems are the most reliable on the market. Featuring all stainless-steel valving, tubing, and connections, these units are designed for long life and trouble-free operation.
You can select from our standard aerospace vacuum source system or the chilled trap system called VacTrap ®
We can design and manufacture a single or redundant pumping system to meet the needs of one or many autoclaves. The redundant vacuum pumping systems come complete with PLC, automatic switchover logic, and skid.
ASC autoclave cooling systems feature industrial-grade components for reliable, continuous operation. Our systems include:
ASC can design a centralized autoclave cooling system for facilities with multiple autoclaves to serve all your autoclave systems. Our engineering team will properly size all components, including pumps, piping, cooling towers, and heat exchangers, to meet your capacity needs.
Scale build-up in an autoclave cooling coil is a common problem caused by poor water quality. This will reduce cooling capacity and bring your cooling rates to a halt. Is scale buildup causing problems with your current cooling system? If so, call us today. ASC can assess your configuration and recommend solutions to address water quality issues like:
With cooling systems by ASC, you get a cooling system engineered and designed for the demands of aerospace-grade composite curing autoclave applications. Contact our team today.
