Quick-opening door
Fast, safe loading every cycle
Every ASC vulcanizer has a quick-opening door. A short turn of the lock ring frees the door to swing clear on its hinge column, so carts roll straight in and out. Solid modeling and FEA validate every door and pressure vessel.

Built to suit
A vulcanizer for your parts and plant
Any size and capacity
From vulcanizers for small parts to a 17 ft (5.2 m) diameter earth-moving tire autoclave. Our plant builds up to 17 ft inside diameter and 150 ft (45.7 m) long.
Field-built when larger
When a vulcanizer is too big to ship, ASC fabricates and assembles it at your site.
Horizontal or vertical
Vulcanizing autoclaves designed in either orientation to suit your parts and plant layout.
Fully integrated packages
Optional packages include the steam generator, vacuum pumps, and work carts, engineered and tested together.
Designed for long life
Solid modeling and FEA validate every pressure vessel and quick-opening door, and ample corrosion allowance supports decades of production.
CPC controls
ASC vulcanizers can be built with CPC controls, recording every cycle for quality and traceability.

FAQ
Vulcanizer questions
What is a vulcanizing autoclave?
A vulcanizing autoclave, or vulcanizer, is a pressure vessel that cures rubber products with heat and pressure, usually steam. It is used for tires, hoses, rollers, and molded rubber parts.
How large a vulcanizer can ASC build?
ASC's plant can build vulcanizers up to 17 ft (5.2 m) inside diameter and 150 ft (45.7 m) long, large enough for earth-moving equipment tires. Larger units can be built on site.
