Count the I/O
We work with you to count the inputs (sensors, limit switches) and outputs (valves, motors) needed to fully automate the equipment.

Build and install
Our UL panel shop builds and tests the controls, then our electricians and engineers install, commission, and train on site.
FAQ
Retrofit questions
How much does a CPC retrofit cost?
A new CPC control system, including retrofit labor, typically costs from US$20,000 to more than US$100,000 for large equipment with hundreds of sensors. A multi-equipment configuration costs the least per machine and is usually recommended for small to mid-size equipment.
Can one CPC system control several machines?
Yes. A single CPC system can control multiple autoclaves, ovens, and presses, so the cost per machine can be much lower than separate control systems. It is a practical way to bring advanced composite control to small equipment.
Can I buy CPC for a competitor's new autoclave or oven?
Usually not. ASC builds autoclaves and ovens, so if you want CPC on new equipment we recommend asking us to quote that equipment. If ASC does not make the type of equipment you want controlled, we will gladly quote CPC for it.
Do you sell CPC software on its own?
Rarely. Most retrofits include both CPC software and control hardware from ASC, which gives you one source of responsibility. If you have an application for a software-only system, contact our controls sales staff to discuss it.
