Since 1988, ASC Process Systems has grown into a leading supplier of autoclaves, ovens, pressure vessels, and control systems for aerospace, defense, nuclear, and industrial manufacturers.
Capabilities
Engineering, fabrication, controls, and service under one roof
We design and build 100% of our equipment ourselves, so one team is accountable from the first drawing to decades of service.
Pressure vessel fabrication
We build our own vessels up to 17 ft in diameter and 150 ft long in our shop, and larger in the field, to ASME, PED, Chinese, Japanese, and other codes.
Mechanical fabrication
Welders, fabricators, plumbers, and fitters build every mechanical system, including our own heat exchangers, electric heaters, tanks, and valve racks.
Electrical and controls
A full design-build panel shop certified to UL, CE, and CSA standards, with electricians who install systems in the field worldwide.
Design engineering
Mechanical, electrical, and controls engineers design 100% of our equipment in-house, using FEA, CFD, piping, and pressure vessel analysis software.
Quality and inspection
An ISO 9001:2015 quality system, with 100% inspection and testing of every assembly and sub-assembly we fabricate.
Testing before shipment
Compressed air and 500 psig compression systems pressure-test autoclaves in our plant before they ship.

Built in Valencia, supported worldwide
Our headquarters and manufacturing plant are in Valencia, California. The Utah division is in Layton, and ASC Process Systems Ltd. in Poole, England, supports customers across Europe, Asia, and Africa. A network of representatives serves customers in many other countries.
