Keep production running
Preventive maintenance
We set up a preventive maintenance program for your composite bonding equipment, typically an annual or twice-yearly visit with a detailed list of checks, adjustments, and tuning that keep it in working order and catch wear before it stops production.
Stay in spec
Calibration
ASC calibrates CPC systems on autoclaves and ovens using NIST-traceable standards. Our service technicians are trained to calibrate air and part thermocouples, vacuum transducers, pressure transducers, and more. They bring their own equipment, and within hours you are calibrated and certified for the next cycle.
Troubleshooting and repair
Back in production, without paying an OEM premium
When your autoclave or oven has control or equipment problems, we send a troubleshooting expert to find the root cause. If the fix is straightforward, the technician repairs it on the spot. We are experts in controls, electrical and power systems, and mechanical systems.
ASC has repaired autoclaves for more than 30 years, including equipment built by TEC, Taricco, American, Melco, Bondtech, United McGill, Scholz, Terruzzi, Aeroform, and others. Our National Board “R” stamp covers alterations and repairs to registered pressure vessels.
Emissions compliance
Meet SCAQMD Rule 1147 without stopping production
New emissions rules like SCAQMD Rule 1147 tighten NOx limits on gas-fired autoclaves and ovens, and missing the compliance windows can disrupt production. Our engineers have worked on SCAQMD compliance for more than 25 years, on all makes and models.

Get the process right before you build
Design engineering
Tell us what a machine needs to do, and our mechanical, electrical, controls, and software engineers design it from concept to build: new and custom autoclaves and ovens, special equipment, and upgrades, to ASME, UL, CE/PED, Chinese, Japanese, and other codes.
CFD analysis
Don't learn too late that your process won't work. A large tool might not heat properly in a given oven or autoclave. We simulate your tool in the equipment and show how it will heat and cool, as we have for more than a dozen aerospace contracts.
Consulting
Our engineers evaluate your existing autoclaves and ovens and your production needs, then deliver a report of findings and recommended upgrades. We also write technical procurement specifications for new autoclaves, ovens, and process equipment.
