Cooling systems
Keep your autoclaves running cool
ASC cooling systems use industrial-grade components for reliable, continuous operation. For plants with several autoclaves, we design a central cooling system that serves them all, sizing every pump, pipe, cooling tower, and heat exchanger to your capacity.
Beat water-quality problems. Scale in a cooling coil is common with poor water, and it cuts cooling capacity until cooling rates stall. We assess your system and recommend TDS control, automated descaling, and water treatment to stop scale from forming.

Vacuum systems
The most reliable vacuum source systems
ASC vacuum source systems use stainless-steel valves, tubing, and connections throughout, for long life and trouble-free operation. Choose our standard aerospace vacuum source system, or the chilled-trap VacTrap® system.
For pumping, we design and build single or redundant pump systems for one autoclave or many. Redundant systems come complete with a PLC, automatic switchover logic, and a skid.
Pressurization systems
Cut compression costs by 30%
ASC's proprietary Compression Reduction System (CRS), also called the Nitrogen Recovery System (NRS), is an automated multi-tank system that recycles the autoclave's pressurizing gas after each cycle. It works with any autoclave control system and can save tens of thousands of dollars a year.

Coils and heat exchangers
The standard in autoclave cooling performance
Every Econoclave has stainless-steel cooling coils in the fan motor housing and a main cooling coil of high-quality finned stainless tube. We design and build heat exchangers the same way, in our Valencia factory.
Coils from other manufacturers don't always hold up. Our engineers can redesign a stainless cooling coil or heat exchanger for your existing autoclave and get it back online.
