We had a great time yesterday with a group of VIPs from the engineering class at Quartz Hill High School in Palmdale. The 25 kids juniors and seniors spent the day interacting with real engineers as well as receiving presentations on different aspects of engineering and manufacturing. After a fun Panda Express lunch in our game room, the day ended with a plant tour. We always love to spread the word that “engineering is cool”, and hopefully many of these kids will decide on a technical career choice in their future.
