Dave Mason

Dave est le fondateur, propriétaire et président de l'ASC. Avant de former l’entreprise en 1988, Dave était directeur d'ingénierie chez Baron Autoclave (anciennement Baron Blakeslee). Formé comme ingénieur de contrôles à l’Université du Michigan, il est l'auteur de la CPC, Flextime, et d'autres paquets d'ingénierie interne. Il a également développé le concept Econoclave ® et de nombreux d’autres produits d'équipement et de contrôle vendus par l’ASC. Dave partage son temps entre la gestion de base, le développement de nouveaux produits, et l'aide à améliorer les ventes de l’ASC, la gestion de projet, l’ingénierie, la production, les ressources humaines et les départements de qualité.

Gudrun Mason

AJ is a returning engineer to ASC and received his Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Southern California and his Master's degree from Cal State Northridge. Additionally, AJ is a California state Professional Engineer in thermal and fluid systems. AJ is also a PMP. AJ is responsible for the design and project management of Econoclaves, ovens, and nuclear-related products. He also has extensive experience in Econoclave, oven, steam, and nonstandard equipment design.

Ilya Margulis

Ilya a plus de 22 ans d'expérience dans les systèmes de contrôle avancés et 7 ans à l'ASC. Avant de travailler à l’ASC, il a travaillé comme ingénieur sur terrain pour Honeywell. As principal engineer, Albert is highly involved in the complex design of highly custom autoclaves, ovens, nuclear equipment, and nonstandard equipment. Albert is a talented modeler and analyst in FEA and CFD.

Lukas Kripal, PhD

As Managing Director of our UK division, Lukas leads our team with a strong vision and enthusiasm for our industry. He is responsible for setting and achieving strategic goals and ensures that the division builds and maintains strong relationships with both customers as well as suppliers to achieve long-term partnerships and success.

Lukas earned his PhD in 2007 from Brno University of Technology, Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, Czech Republic, and worked in the Aerospace industry in a variety of management and engineering roles prior to joining the ASC team in 2012.

In addition to his expertise in ASC Products and his long-time experience managing large-scale projects, Lukas is also skilled in setting up complex composites manufacturing facilities, making him a valuable resource and partner to ASC’s customers.
