Dave est le fondateur, propriétaire et président de l'ASC. Avant de former l’entreprise en 1988, Dave était directeur d'ingénierie chez Baron Autoclave (anciennement Baron Blakeslee). Gus a travaillé pour l’ASC depuis 5 ans. Gus a passé trois ans dans la conception et la gestion de grands projets d’Econoclaves et a été promu il y a 2 ans à Superviseur de l'ingénierie. AJ is a returning engineer to ASC and received his Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Southern California and his Master's degree from Cal State Northridge. Additionally, AJ is a California state Professional Engineer in thermal and fluid systems. AJ is also a PMP. AJ is responsible for the design and project management of Econoclaves, ovens, and nuclear-related products. He also has extensive experience in Econoclave, oven, steam, and nonstandard equipment design.
Sean a 5 ans d'expérience en ingénierie et actuellement travaille sous la Direction de la Qualité, où il est responsable de la disposition des modifications de conception et des lignes centrales des activités sur le terrain et d'achat. Jojo a reçu son BSME au Don Bosco Technical College, Manille.
Mari a travaillé pour l’ASC depuis 6 ans et est responsable de la conception des systèmes de contrôle et des panneaux de contrôle pour les Econoclaves et les fours. Mari est également un leader dans le développement de systèmes internes afin de rationaliser le département de génie électrique. Mari a reçu son BSECE à l'Université de San Carlos aux Philippines.

Nancy a travaillé pour l'ASC depuis 6 ans et est responsable de toute la coordination de déplacement. Le jour de Nancy est rempli avec la gestion du déplacement et des arrangements de séjour pour des dizaines d'employés sur le terrain de l'installation, le démarrage et la mise en fonctionnement des services à travers le monde.
Meighan a travaillé pour l’ASC depuis 5 ans. Elle a été réceptionniste principale de l’ASC pour 4 ans, mais a récemment été promue assistante administratif, où elle travaille sur les rapports de travail, le contrôle des stocks, et les tâches comptables.

Ben gère le service de sécurité de l'ASC. Gumaro est responsable du programme de formation de l'ASC. Gumaro est un technicien en électronique certifié et a été certifié comme formateur CIB par l'Association Connexion Electronics Industries.
Ty est le directeur général de la Division de l'Utah de l’ASC. Albert has been with ASC since 2014 and has a BSME and a master's from UCLA. Additionally, Albert is a California state Professional Engineer in thermal and fluid systems. As principal engineer, Albert is highly involved in the complex design of highly custom autoclaves, ovens, nuclear equipment, and nonstandard equipment. Albert is a talented modeler and analyst in FEA and CFD.
Pavla is responsible for various Accounting processes including International Accounts Payable and inter-company transactions. Pavla earned her Bachelors of Science in Accountancy from Cal State Northridge.
Nicolas "Nico" is an experienced and results-driven professional serving as the Controls Manager at ASC Process Systems. In this role, he oversees and manages the controls engineering teams, ensuring the successful design, implementation, and optimization of control systems for ASC's systems and processes.
With a strong foundation in mechanical engineering, Nico holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Minnesota. His technical expertise and leadership have been instrumental in streamlining operations and ensuring the efficiency and reliability of ASC’s control systems.
Nico is passionate about fostering a collaborative and innovative environment within his team, empowering engineers to develop and execute cutting-edge control solutions for complex industrial systems. His ability to balance technical acumen with effective team management has made him a key asset in advancing ASC’s reputation as a leader in process control solutions.
As Managing Director of our UK division, Lukas leads our team with a strong vision and enthusiasm for our industry. He is responsible for setting and achieving strategic goals and ensures that the division builds and maintains strong relationships with both customers as well as suppliers to achieve long-term partnerships and success.
Lukas earned his PhD in 2007 from Brno University of Technology, Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, Czech Republic, and worked in the Aerospace industry in a variety of management and engineering roles prior to joining the ASC team in 2012.
In addition to his expertise in ASC Products and his long-time experience managing large-scale projects, Lukas is also skilled in setting up complex composites manufacturing facilities, making him a valuable resource and partner to ASC’s customers.
Alex is responsible for managing upgrades, equipment modernization, and installation of new and existing equipment. Alex supports the management of the department and creates and improves department processes and training. He received his bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from the University of California – Berkeley.
As President of ASC Process Systems, Bob brings a wealth of leadership experience and a deep understanding of the aerospace and manufacturing industries. With over 15 years in executive roles including Director of Engineering positions at both Dukes Aerospace and Donaldson, Bob has developed a comprehensive view of business operations across engineering, sales, quality, and production.
Bob's broad expertise and customer-focused approach make him a key leader in guiding ASC’s strategic direction and ensuring the company continues to meet the evolving needs of its global client base.
His professional foundation is matched by a diverse and accomplished educational background. Bob served six years as a U.S. Navy Nuclear Operator on Submarines, where he developed a strong technical and leadership skill set. He holds a bachelor’s degree, a master’s degree, and an MBA from the University of Minnesota. His credentials underscore his commitment to continuous learning and excellence in leadership.
Victor manages ASC's safety department. In this role, he develops, implements, and maintains EHS plans, safe work practices, and safe procedures for ASC's shop, office, and field activities. Victor comes to ASC with over 15 years of safety management experience. Prior to joining ASC, Victor developed and managed safety, health, and workers compensation programs at several large staffing and manufacturing companies.
Ben has been with ASC since 2019 and has a BSME and a master's from the University of Southern California. Ben is highly involved in the complex design of highly custom high-pressure and temperature autoclaves, large autoclaves, and steam equipment. Ben is also a focal point in the conceptualization of equipment design during the quotation phase.
Luke, UK division, is responsible for software configuration, PLC programming, startup, and commissioning of Econoclaves, ovens, and control system retrofits. Luke received his BTEC and NVQ Electrical/ Electronic Engineering Apprenticeship at Bournemouth College.
Anthony brings to ASC his experience in retail safety management to his role here at ASC. He is responsible for conducting safety training, safety inspection, and ensures employees comply with our safety policies.
Lorraine has over 20-years of experience in finance and office management. Lorraine manages the office at our facility in Poole, UK. She attended Thurrock Technical College and is responsible for accounts payable and receivable, project oversight, and compliance requirements.
Nick Schiavoni leads our Service and Support Sales with over 15 years of specialized experience in the hydraulic and pneumatic industries. His extensive knowledge and practical insight make him a key resource for customers seeking efficient, reliable solutions tailored to their specific needs.

Cindy has been with ASC since 2021 and received her Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from UC San Diego. She is responsible for the mentoring and advising of mechanical engineers from onboard through their design and project management of Econoclaves and ovens. Cindy has extensive experience in Econoclave and oven design and process adherence.
Chris is responsible for the design of electrical systems for Econoclaves and Ovens. Chris received his Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from CSUN.

Chad joined ASC Process Systems in 2022 as part of the oven sales team, bringing with him over eight years of experience in manufacturing equipment sales. Horacio brings a unique blend of hands-on engineering experience and technical sales expertise to his Control Systems Sales Representative role. A former ASC Controls Engineer, Horacio was responsible for software configuration, PLC programming, startup, and commissioning of Econoclaves, ovens, and control system retrofits. This in-depth, field-based experience gives him a deep understanding of the systems he now represents.
In his current role, Horacio leverages his strong foundation in automation and CPC composite process control technologies to help clients achieve efficient, high-performance operation of Econoclaves and composite curing oven systems. Henry joined ASC in 2007 and has been a senior electrical lead and supervisor on many of our largest projects prior to his promotion to electrical production manager. As production manager, Henry is responsible for all aspects of electrical production and leads a large group of ASC electricians who admire and respect Henry for his vast job knowledge as well as his caring personality.
