Mitsubishi’s new Econoclave

ASC is proud to announce the startup of a new 4m (13 ft.) x 25m (82 ft.) Econoclave in Shimonoseki, Japan for Mitsubishi Heavy Industries new plant expansion. This unique autoclave was built in Valencia, CA, cut in two, shipped, and then reassembled by ASC’s field team. According to MHI, the autoclave will be used to for increases in stringer production for the Boeing 787 wing-box.
