Injection Pump
We design and manufacture a number of RTM pumps to meet different levels of pressure, temperature, and flow requirements. All of our pumps are designed for long service life and ease of maintenance and cleaning.
High-precision Stepper or Servo drives are used to control our pumps to a high flow and pressure accuracy.
Quality and repeatability
RTM is considered by many experts to be “more art than science.” Whereas most composite processes have been automated for years, RTM processing has not kept up with this trend, and much of it is still controlled manually by operators.
ASC believes that in order to consistently and repeatably manufacture high-quality products, an RTM system must be controlled in a repeatable manner. To that end ASC has designed 100% automation into all of its RTM products.
Integrated package
Unlike competing products, ASC's RTM systems are fully integrated into one mobile assembly. The pump, vacuum system, controls, and all automation valving is built onto one skid for easy mobility and production use.
CPC Control System
As with most of ASC’s products, all RTM systems are controlled and monitored by ASC’s Composite Processing Control (CPC) software. CPC is the worlds leading software for composite curing and bonding in autoclaves, ovens, presses, and other equipment.
CPC provides hundreds of options and features designed to address the requirements of our Aerospace and material-processing customers. Quality of the part is our top concern, and control by CPC is the best way of achieving it.
CPC systems have been operating world-wide for more than 13 years, and have a proven field record in the most demanding applications.
