CPC-QUEUE is a part tracking software packaged designed to address the visualization problem between clean-room activities, part queueing, and autoclave/oven loading activities.   

CPC-QUEUE provides an intuitive visual interface which lets you click on any department within your facility to identify the current workload.  Each work effort (ie. part) can be double-clicked to show details including personnel, start time, expected duration, and expected end time.

You can also click on specific equipment icons to see what parts are currently being cured, dryed, or bonded.  

A PC (or PCs) within the clean-room is used to create a new layup job by selecting from a part database.  The part database also includes cure specification, which will be used to group the layed-up parts into specific autoclave or oven loads.

You can easily click on a specific layup cell to identify the current parts being worked on.  Additional display features provide grouping by cure specification in order to determine autoclave/oven cycle requirements.

An independend PC or the autoclave control PC is used to allow the autoclave/oven operator to identify the parts that are waiting to be run (loading area).  When the operator loads the part into the autoclave, he can drag-drop the part icon onto the equipment icon, and the CPC control software will automatically import the part information into the CurrentBatch (similar to adding part on PartEntry screen)

CPC-QUEUE is a flexible product that can meet the needs of small and large curing and bonding shops.  Prices for a system range from $20,000 to $50,000 depending on number of client seats, complexity of operations, and additional features required by the customer.
