Use this form to specify a replacement radiator/cooling coil for your autoclave. ASC can provide a premium replacement coil for any brand of autoclave for less cost than a coil purchased from the autoclave's original manufacturer.

ASC's custom-build radiators are fabricated from the highest grade materials. All wetted surfaces are constructed of stainless-steel, including heat-exchange tubes, headers, and interconnecting pipe spools. Our standard design utilizes helically wound fin and a Bni-6 furnace braze for superior heat transfer.

What maximum "working pressure" is required?

The working pressure is the maximum pressure that you will run the autoclave. The pressure vessel will be rated slightly higher than your selected working pressure.

What maximum cooling rate is required?

Cooling rate is sized based on the average air temperature rate from max. temperature to 60 Deg.F above ambient (ie. 130 F), when the autoclave is loaded.
