The Econoclave ^TM 2x4 is the newest member of the Econoclave ^TM family. Designed specifically for sub-scale composite production and research & development activities, it is the most economical composite curing autoclave on the market.

The Econoclave ^TM 2x4 is a fully integrated autoclave system.  It is well suited for the following applications: 

• Production of small aircraft parts, racing components, and sporting goods
• Composite R&D 
• Test coupons for material & process engineering

Many organizations run small parts and test coupons in large autoclaves.  This can be cost prohibitive and can disrupt production schedules.   Utility costs for a some large autoclaves can exceed $750 per run, so one Econoclave^TM can pay for itself within 1-2 years.

The Econoclave ^TM comes standard with the world’s leading autoclave control software, CPC. CPC is the industry standard for control of composite processes in autoclaves, ovens, and presses. Over 1000 pieces of equipment world-wide are controlled by CPC.

The CPC software is the heart of the autoclave process; it controls all aspects of the autoclave and curing process, and guarantees adherence to material specifications at all times.
