Oven sizes
ASC’s walk-in ovens range from 5’ H x 5’ W x 5’ D to 25’ H x 30’ W x 150’ L. If one of our standard ovens don’t fit your requirements, we’ll quote a custom unit at the same affordable price.
Oven doors
ASC’s ovens can be purchased with one or two doors. The doors can be swing or vertical lift, either by means of a pneumatic cylinder or motor drive.
We can also provide a man-door for quick access to the oven.
Oven heating systems
All of our ovens can be ordered with a choice of electric or gas heating.
Our electric heating units include SCR power controls for smooth ramping, and backup safety contactors for positive disconnect of the heater in case of hi-limit temperature.
Our gas heated units include FM approved gas system with a standard or Low-Nox burners.
CPC TM Control System
Our
composite curing ovens come standard with the CPC computer control system. CPC is the worlds leading software for composite curing and bonding in autoclaves, ovens, presses, and other equipment.CPC provides hundreds of options and features designed to address the requirements of our Aerospace and material-processing customers. Quality of the part is our top concern, and control by CPC is the best way of achieving it.
Vacuum systems
Our composite curing ovens can be ordered with a wide variety of vacuum systems and components. You can choose from different pumps, control receivers, vacuum sources, vacuum probes, and resin traps.
Unlike other oven manufacturers, ASC is uniquely qualified to address the composite process and recommend the appropriate hardware for your application.
Turnkey installation
ASC ovens can be ordered for customer installation or you can have ASC provide a turnkey oven system. Our field installation personnel have decades of experience assembling, installing, and commissioning ovens in the field.
