Controls Engineering - Research

Electrical/Mechanical Design in AutoCAD a must. Basic Knowledge of Programming (languages as VB6, VB.NET, C, C++). Must have a Minimum of BS degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering (or related fields). Masters Degree Preferred.

Design Control systems for Autoclaves & Wet Process Lines: Design and Test Electrical systems (NEC Standard, AutoCad). Utilize Image processing tools for Vision Control: Robotics: Software Development (VB6 & VB.NET). Knowledge of AB & OPTO products (PLC/SLC/Logix & DeviceNet must), Process instrumentation (A/D sensors) and Data Acquisition. Knowledge in the fields of Vibration Control and Heat Transfer.

Electrician - Journeyman

Must be able to read electrical schematics.  Working knowledge of machinery, control systems, power systems, motor starters, sensors, and other industrial hardware.  Panel building experience.  Must be able to size and run conduit and wiring.
5 years experience prefered.  High-school degree and good driving record.

Electrical Engineer

Job Description:

  • Design, plan and develop Electric/Electronic control systems
  • Design of Electrical/Electronic Schematics, Plan Drawings, Equipment layout, Cable and Raceway schedules
  • Generate Electrical/Electronic Control and Power Diagrams using AutoCAD; create Bill of Materials
  • Create Operating Instructions for Equipment User Manuals
  • Generate and design control schematics from existing Control Systems;
  • Generate Control and Power Enclosure drawings;
  • Develop  procedures and standard check-lists
  • Direct and coordinate assembly, wiring and testing of control and power panels and systems;
  • Troubleshooting of both electrical and electronic Circuits;
  • Provide technical support for customers; and provide field support to all electrical field personnel.
  • Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or a related field plus two (2) years experience.

Mechanical Engineer

Position: Full-time
Education Required: Master/Mechanical Engineering
Experience: Minimum 1 year

Job Description:

  • Develop and design mechanical components and equipments to customer's specifications.
  • Apply Knowledge of engineering principle to perform assignments.
  • Generate design approval and fabrication level drawings.
  • Use computer design software and equipment to perform assignments.
  • Create Bill of material for assigned project.
  • Create and updates project schedules and design documents for assigned projects.
  • Track project schedules and contract specification to assure adherence to customer and company's mandates.
  • Communicates with customers regarding product design and schedule.
  • Coordinates with and assist various departments to facility timely, cost efficient, and accurate purchasing, fabrication, testing, installation.
  • Evaluates existing products, parts or process for possible improvements cost efficiency and reliability.
