Electrical/Mechanical
Design in AutoCAD a must. Basic Knowledge of Programming
(languages as VB6, VB.NET, C, C++). Must have a Minimum of

Design Control systems for
Autoclaves & Wet Process Lines: Design and Test
Electrical systems (NEC Standard, AutoCad). Utilize Image
processing tools for Vision Control: Robotics: Software
Development (VB6 & VB.NET). Knowledge of AB & OPTO
products (PLC/SLC/Logix & DeviceNet must), Process
instrumentation (A/D sensors) and Data Acquisition.
Knowledge in the fields of Vibration Control and Heat
Transfer.

Must be able to read
electrical schematics. Working knowledge of machinery,
control systems, power systems, motor starters, sensors, and
other industrial hardware. Panel building
experience. Must be able to size and run conduit and
wiring.

Job Description:
- Design, plan and develop
Electric/Electronic control systems
- Design of
Electrical/Electronic Schematics, Plan Drawings,
Equipment layout, Cable and Raceway schedules
- Generate
Electrical/Electronic Control and Power Diagrams using
AutoCAD; create Bill of Materials
- Create Operating
Instructions for Equipment User Manuals
- Generate and design
control schematics from existing Control Systems;
- Generate Control and
Power Enclosure drawings;
- Develop procedures and
standard check-lists
- Direct and coordinate
assembly, wiring and testing of control and power panels
and systems;
- Troubleshooting of both
electrical and electronic Circuits;
- Provide technical
support for customers; and provide field support to all
electrical field personnel.
